Welcome to Camilla Jackson Fitness
Firstly thank you for visiting, throughout the site you will find out a little bit about me, how I work and how I can help you reach your goals.
My ethos behind keeping fit and healthy very much follows the ‘everything in moderation’ approach. Whilst it is great that the fitness industry is booming, I can’t help but feel it is becoming incredibly over complicated. I aim to motivate and educate my clients on how to create healthy habits both in and outside of the gym. There is a lot of conflicting information when it comes to exercise and our diet, however it is time to take it back to the basic; get active, stay active and eat everything (well, within reason) in moderation.
I promise to make your gym routine fun and enjoyable, yet challenging. I would love to help you reach your goals and highlight just how easy (yes, easy) it is to make just a few changes to your fitness and diet to start seeing results.
